Orders may be refused or canceled at our discretion for various reasons, including, but not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity or incorrect payment details. Verification of your information, including phone number, address, and payment details, may be required before your order is accepted.
While we strive to maintain accurate pricing information, errors may occur. In the event of mispricing, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you. Orders may be canceled even after confirmation and payment authorization.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will typically ship the same day.
After Placing an Order
You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and receipt. Orders are generally shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding holidays. Customized items may require additional processing time. Please check your spam folder if you do not see your confirmation email. If not received, email info@chromeheartshirt.us with the subject line “Order Confirmation Not Received.”
Custom items will be processed and shipped only after customization details are verified.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using UPS, DHL, and Fedex to ensure reliable delivery.
Change of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit. To request an address change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@chromeheartshirt.us.
Wrong Address
If an incorrect address is provided, and delivery fails, the order will be returned to our store. The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted anytime before the order has been dispatched. For orders already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If a parcel is damaged during shipping, please reject it from the courier if possible and contact customer service immediately. If delivery occurred without your presence, contact customer support for guidance on next steps.
Order Tracking
